Release, Relax, Unwind

It is a privilege for me to work as a massage therapist.  Doing what I can to help people enjoy happier and healthier lives is my passion.  Although some clients will comment that I "fixed" them when they feel relief from their time on the massage table/chair, I believe that I am a facilitator in their healing.  I do my best to clear out any congestion and/or blockages and then allow the body's innate ability to take over, healing and restoring balance.
After many years of working with a variety of people, I have come to understand, and believe, that although massage is a physical modality, it also affects people on other levels as well.  "The issues are in the tissues" is a phrase that not only tends to bring a smile to people's faces when I share it, but also conveys why some people feel not just physically better after a massage, but mentally and emotionally better as well.  In our wholeness as human beings, we are truly an integration of mind, body, and spirit, and any change in one of these aspects individually affects the other aspects as well.  Because of this, receiving massage therapy can not only improve your physical health, but your mental, emotional and spiritual health as well.

"Our bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen."

Massage...  Make Time for You!

Do you find yourself feeling tired more often than you'd like to admit?  Maybe you spend a lot of time sitting, whether it be in your car or at a desk, resulting in muscle soreness and/or tension, in your back, neck and shoulders.  You could be someone who is active but find your body keeps experiencing some chronic challenges.  Therapeutic massage could be the solution!

Achieving a wonderful state of relaxation is only one of the benefits of ear candling, a gentle, noninvasive healing modality that helps the body release stress.

The fluid in the body is meant to flow and when it doesn't, it can accumulate in areas of the body leading to swelling and discomfort.  Moving the fluid through gentle massage can help return the body to a more comfortable and balanced state.

A wonderful way to experience the benefits of massage in an effective and time-efficient manner, whether at your place of work or at a fundraiser.
