LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE THERAPY

LDT works with the lymphatic system, a part of the immune system which functions as the "garbage collection system" for the cells of the body.  It moves very slowly as this system does not have a pump as the blood system does (i.e. the heart).   When we move, it moves.  

 

This therapy is gentle, relaxing, and promotes movement of the fluid in the lymphatic system.  It is performed using gentle hand movements applied either over clothing or directly on the skin.  This therapy not only helps to decrease swelling and congestion in your body, but also promotes a healthy immune system, strengthening and assisting the body in handling many things, from stress to disease to the common cold.  This therapy also stimulates the process of detoxification and cleansing of the body.

·               60 Minutes - $85

                                       - Package -5 - 60 minute sessions - $380 (savings of 10%)
